The Islamic Center of Rowlett is a branch of the Mohammadia Madrasha (A Non-Profit Organization) Inc., based in Michigan — a traditional Sunni institution with roots in Southeast Asia and no affiliation with any political or religious group. This institution was founded by a Sunni Muslim brother in Michigan in 2002. ICR and Muhammadia a like are dedicated to promoting Islamic values and fostering unity within the Muslim community.

With branches in Michigan and Florida, our goal is to establish a vibrant and inclusive mosque here in Rowlett, where the community can thrive to its full potential. By providing a welcoming space for prayer, education, and community engagement, we aim to create an environment that reflects Islamic heritage and encourages spiritual growth.
